Carers Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Carers Services Coordinator to join our team at Love Your DoorStep Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating carer support services, developing training programmes, and promoting carer awareness among healthcare professionals.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate carer registrations and referrals to relevant support services.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to support carers in their caregiving roles.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to raise awareness of carers' needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with carers or similar groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
