About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £12.85 per hour (nights) + enhancements, with an estimated average of 31.5 hours per week. This role is perfect for those who want to make a real difference in people's lives while pursuing a rewarding career.

Your Responsibilities
As a Care Support Worker, you will assist service users with personal care and support tasks, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. You will work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and engaging environment, participating in wellbeing events and activities as required.

You will be responsible for responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating effectively with medical professionals and community stakeholders when necessary.
