We are seeking a caring and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Swaffham. As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

With a passion for supporting individuals with their daily lives, you will work within a dynamic team to promote independence, dignity, and respect. Our supported living service in Swaffham is a welcoming environment where no two days are the same.

As a Support Worker, your tasks may include teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socializing, and engaging in various activities. You could be working with someone who requires assistance with daily tasks, or helping them develop skills to live more independently.

The estimated salary for this role is £11.78 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at an additional £1 per hour. You will also receive enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to a funded Blue Light Card. Additionally, you will have access to 24/7 doctor line, cash plans, and long service awards.
