About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Showroom Host to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
  • Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
  • Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required

About You

We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer-facing environment. You will be confident talking to customers in a professional manner, both on the telephone and face-to-face, and have good IT skills to support with administration duties. If you are a self-starter, organized, and take pride in what you do, we would love to hear from you.
