About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our Contact Centre in Canterbury, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our Aftersales customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Manage and book customer vehicles for servicing and MOTs
  • Proactively reach out to customers from our dealership database to offer additional services
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team performance goals

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven role and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of automotive industry or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in using database systems and technology
