Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kirkby, Merseyside. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Tasks
  • Managing timesheets and employee absence records
  • Providing credit control and accounts management services
  • Overseeing office maintenance and supplies

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of using SAGE accounting software. This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week.
