Business Operations Coordinator

Pertemps Liverpool is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
About the RoleThis key position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment in Toxteth, Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the operational functions of the team, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities
- Coordinate tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, enabling the team to focus on core objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an office administration role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £16.48 per hour
