Senior Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Officer to join our team at 5 Star Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Support Team Leader
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on relevant systems
- Process information, progress chase documentation, and record data
- Communicate with customers and residents via phone and face-to-face
- Coordinate committee reports and provide guidance to senior managers
- Collate and distribute item reports within agreed timescales
- Minute and record meetings and forums
- Manage council resources effectively and comply with statutory requirements
- Provide regular budgetary statistical information to Managers
- Assist teams and managers in financial protocols for services
We are looking for an individual with:
- Completion of formal training or equivalent
- Experience in Information Technology, such as ECDL, Microsoft Office etc.
- Significant experience in dealing with customers and residents
- Experience in producing data and financial reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to use own initiative
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a competitive pension scheme, and a supportive working environment.
