CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Sussex-wide team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with eating disorders and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical assessments, including psychiatric and physical investigations, to children, young people, and their families in a range of settings.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to plan and deliver individually tailored treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives and policies.
- Participate in research and service evaluation to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- MBBS qualification and registration with the GMC.
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in child and adolescent mental health and eating disorders.
- Ability to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to service-wide initiatives.
