CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Sussex-wide team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality specialist clinical assessments and work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and deliver tailored treatment plans for children and young people with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical assessments, including psychiatric and physical investigations, to children and young people with eating disorders.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and deliver individually tailored treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the service's participation strategy, involving patients and their carers in service decision-making and planning.
- Participate in a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team, including nurses, systemic family therapists, and child psychotherapists.
- Be part of a Trust-wide consultant network, with opportunities to liaise with colleagues in other posts and develop peer networks.
