Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
