About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team at Portman Dentex. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 days. You will be based in a convenient high street location and will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and highly skilled team of clinicians.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals
  • Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Contribute to a positive and friendly team environment

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven front of house reception experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and will be highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment.
