Key Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Key Account Manager to join our team at JK Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing daily commercial activities, prospecting and recruiting new customers to achieve assigned budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet budget targets.
  • Negotiate performance plans with key customers.
  • Analyze market and competition data to inform sales decisions.
  • Support sales analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Project and R&D department to drive business growth.
  • Manage key accounts with international members, requiring strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Utilize negotiation skills and sales techniques to build complex offers.
  • Proficient in SAP and CRM systems, with experience in the office pack, particularly Excel.
