We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community. As a Carer, you will work a Saturday shift, focusing on person-centred care.

The Job

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will be paired with service users based on shared interests, hobbies, and personalities, allowing you to form meaningful connections and create happy, valuable life experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities.
  • Work a Saturday shift, visiting one or two service users per shift.
  • Form meaningful connections with service users and their families.
  • Contribute to a vibrant team that prioritises enriching the lives of both those being cared for and staff.
