Mid-Level Product Designer (UX) Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Product Designer (UX) to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a key member of our rapidly expanding AI team, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to tackle complex IT projects within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and contributing to the overall project success.
  • Help translate client requirements into effective design solutions while adhering to best practices in user experience design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Experience Design (UX) for digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience working on complex IT projects and large enterprise technology challenges.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities, research skills, and visual design capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean UX, or product methodologies, with a proven track record in collaborative environments.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment and a keen ability to translate client needs into actionable design solutions.
About the Role:

This role will require you to co-locate with our client's in-house design team in South Middlesex/SW London 2-3 days a week, with occasional work from our central London offices.
