Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team at MW Appointments. As a key member of our Mobility Team, you will be responsible for the placement and servicing of niche personal lines products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with insurers to ensure seamless policy management for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work within delegated authority limits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and ability to use initiative.

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience.
  • An annual bonus and benefits package.
  • A flexible working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
