Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Broker to join our expanding UK retail division at MW Appointments. As a key member of our Mobility Team, you will be responsible for the placement and servicing of niche personal lines products.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with insurers to ensure seamless policy management for our clients.
- Discuss additional products, cover, and services that meet our clients' needs and wants.
- Ensure client files are up-to-date, tidy, and compliant with company guidelines.
- Work within delegated authorities to provide exceptional customer service.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable with IT systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of FCA regulations.
- Able to use initiative.
What You Need to Know
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
- Annual bonus and benefits package.
- Flexible working arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
