We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker / Account Handler to join our expanding UK division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing and servicing niche personal lines products for a specialist client account.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer care, ensuring timely document dispatch, and effectively addressing client issues.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with insurers to resolve client policy-related matters.
We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
What We OfferA competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Our office is located in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, with a flexible 3-day in-office and 2-day remote work arrangement.
