Our client, a leading Lloyds Insurance Broker, is seeking an Apprentice Insurance Broker to join their team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a school or college leaver looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support management and colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of insurance principles and the insurance broking market.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties via phone and email.
  • Process and dispatch policy documentation to clients.
  • Update records following changes or amendments to risk details.
  • Pursue and secure outstanding renewal premiums.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • On-target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above).
  • At least 5 GCSES (Grade C or above).
  • Strong IT skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to work within a team or individually.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Permanent position with a competitive salary of £21,000.
