Key Responsibilities
  • Place and service niche personal lines products
  • Provide quality customer care, ensuring prompt document despatch and effective issue resolution
  • Liaise with insurers regarding client policies
  • Discuss additional products, cover, and services with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date, tidy client files in line with company guidelines
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication and IT skills
  • Attention to detail and understanding of FCA regulations
  • Ability to use initiative
What We Offer
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus and benefits package
  • Office location in Hitchin, Hertfordshire with a flexible 3 days in office and 2 days from home
