Commercial Account Lead

As a Commercial Account Lead for British American Tobacco's Global Travel Retail business, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and profitability through effective account planning and management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the company's ambitious growth strategy.
About the Role:
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of key accounts in Europe and Africa, working closely with our Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed business targets. You will also lead cross-functional teams to launch new categories and drive trade spend efficiency through our retail and distribution partners.
About You:
You have a proven track record in sales and key account management, with a strong understanding of trade marketing and activation principles. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively is essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
