Commercial Account Lead

Illume Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our client's B&I contract catering operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in the B&I sector of contract catering, with a focus on business development and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- A passion for delivering high-quality foodservice solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
