IT Service Management Lead

ITSM Process Lead - Problem
Salary: Grade 8 (£45,585 - £54,395 p.a. depending on experience)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the end-to-end Problem Management process
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders in IT to ensure effective Problem Management
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring IT delivers on the University's strategic aims and objectives
- Support the IT Leadership team with the implementation of continual improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of IT Service Management and its underlying functions
- Proficient in prioritising competing challenges in a complex environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
