Are you ready to make a difference in the world?

Sweco is seeking an HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Leeds. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation and contributing to our collective goal of transforming society.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract lasting 10 months to provide maternity cover. You will be based in our Leeds office and have the flexibility to work from home with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to business managers, colleagues, and the wider HR team.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Process new starter documentation, maintain the HR system, and produce documents regarding contractual changes.
  • Support visa applications, administer benefits, and assist with annual pay review and annual bonus payments.
  • Continuously review and improve Best Practice processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound experience in generalist administration, preferably in an HR environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work to varying deadlines.
  • Strong planning and prioritizing skills with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong MS skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
