About the Role

Ascent Flight Training is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Helicopter Instructor (QHI) to join our team. As a QHI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to military trainees, using state-of-the-art synthetic training devices and flying the latest generation of the Airbus H135 and H145.

You will conduct ground theory lessons, instruct basic and advanced techniques, and supervise flying operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in courseware and working collaboratively with our military partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong instructional background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
