Senior Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Wecheer's expansion efforts across both established and emerging markets, with a specific focus on the Consumer Goods and Retail sectors. Ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in Sales and Marketing, this role demands expertise in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty programs to deepen client engagement and enhance retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Client Success: Develop and implement client success strategies, focusing on enhancing client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention with our Consumer Goods clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts.
- Business Development: Expand business opportunities within enterprise accounts by developing relationships across multiple business units and leveraging strong internal references.
- Market Expansion: Use your industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, ensuring our solutions meet the nuanced demands of global markets.
- Client ROI and Retention: Monitor client engagements to maximize ROI and client satisfaction, which are critical for fostering long-term relationships and minimizing churn.
- Proven 7-10 years experience of Account Management, preferably serving the Consumer Goods and Retail sector.
- Ideally with Sales or Marketing business background
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, CRM, and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and client retention in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Tech savviness and excellent English are a must, other languages are a plus.
