We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our leading Football Centre in Beckenham, South London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all staff, including reception, bar, security, and referees, to ensure exceptional customer service and a high standard of service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to promote and maximize income opportunities, with a focus on weekend and off-peak periods.
  • Assist the General Manager in the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
  • Ensure sound administration procedures are followed, in line with the Company Operations Manual, and that Company reporting procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Implement and maintain the Company Health & Safety policy, ensuring all staff are trained in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to ensure strong communication and chair occasional meetings with other staff designations.
  • Oversee cash and stock reconciliation procedures, ensuring compliance with Company policy.
  • Maintain all facilities, fixtures, and fittings to a high standard, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the ordering of stock and services to ensure smooth and effective club operations.
