">We are a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you will play a vital role in enabling us to deliver person-centred care and support.
Your Role
">As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
About You
">To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Note
">This is a Bank position, which means that you will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts and provide cover for our staff during annual leave and sick leave.
