About the Role:

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the management team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the People Services team to ensure effective communication and consistency across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to managers on performance-related matters, including probation periods, coaching, and personal development plans.
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR advisory role, advising/supporting managers on employee relations issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
