About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team that is committed to delivering a high-quality claims service. As a Claims Manager, you will work closely with our claims teams to manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex cases, conducting investigations, quantification, and negotiations to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of claims from commencement to conclusion
  • Conduct investigations, quantification, and negotiations to conclusion
  • Work closely with our claims teams to ensure effective case management
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organisations
  • Manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge and experience of claims management in clinical negligence or non-clinical setting
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a large caseload
  • Understanding of current law and relevant statutes in relevant insurance, clinical or non-clinical claims negligence area
  • Ability to draft documents and complex correspondence in a concise and professional manner
  • Exceptional customer focus and awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
