Contract Paralegal with Expertise in Court of Protection

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Paralegal with expertise in Court of Protection to join our team at Elite Touch Group.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law and be able to support the Mental Health Law and Court of Protection departments in our North London office.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Mental Health Law and Court of Protection departments in North London
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective use of MS Office and Case Management systems
- Travel to other locations as required
This role offers a Training Contract opportunity for candidates who meet the relevant criteria. Our client fully supports the training and development of paralegals in their career.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in paralegal work
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
- Proficiency in MS Office and Case Management systems
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
