We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Paralegal with expertise in Court of Protection to join our team at Elite Touch Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law and be able to support the Mental Health Law and Court of Protection departments in our North London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Mental Health Law and Court of Protection departments in North London
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective use of MS Office and Case Management systems
  • Travel to other locations as required

This role offers a Training Contract opportunity for candidates who meet the relevant criteria. Our client fully supports the training and development of paralegals in their career.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in paralegal work
  • Strong knowledge of Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Case Management systems

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
