Job Title: Specialist Physiotherapist - Adult Neurology Rehab Band 6

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Greenwich Neuro Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality specialist rehabilitation to adults living with stroke or a neurological condition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop therapy plans for patients with acquired neurological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct holistic assessments, obtain consent, and recommend appropriate interventions to promote independence and safety.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, carers, and relatives.
  • Ensure safe and effective provision of equipment and management of clinical risk.
Person Specification:
  • Meet educational qualifications for the post.
  • Desirable: experience in NHS and community rehabilitation.
