Your Role: Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated Clinical Operations team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a specialist multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals and ensure optimal management and rehabilitation of patients with complex physical, cognitive, and communicative needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' independence in daily living activities, including mobility, self-care, and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding rehabilitation strategies and adaptive techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/degree/masters degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by RCOT & HCPC.
  • Membership of BAOT/College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Minimum of 18 months practicing as a qualified OT and minimum of 6 months working in the field of neuro-disability.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in physical assessment of complex neuro presentations.
