About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Team Coordinator to join our Scarborough service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

You will work closely with our Locality Manager (Registered Manager) to ensure the smooth operation of our established Scarborough service. Your expertise in social care management will be essential in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring the highest level of care for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of Support Workers
  • Day-to-day management of a customer case load, ensuring assessments, reviews, and ongoing person-centered outcomes are met
  • Maintaining compliance with regulating authorities and The Avalon Group's quality assurance framework

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable management experience in social care and line managing a team
  • Ability to interpret and apply CQC fundamental standards of quality and safety
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle for business purposes
