About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively meet customer needs
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging
