Job Overview

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a skilled Senior Design Professional to join its team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality CAD drawings and providing technical support to site teams.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum

Work Setup: The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days spent in our office and 2 days working from home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed electronic CAD drawings for approval, construction, as-built, and O&M purposes
  • Take off and order materials required for works
  • Attend design and progress meetings
  • Conduct site surveys to aid in the production of working drawings
  • Provide technical support to site teams and address queries
  • Carry out general drawing office duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCad LT 2025 and Revit LT
  • Experience in producing CAD drawings for approval, construction, as-built, and O&M
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with site teams and addressing queries
  • Able to carry out occasional site surveys (infrequent)
