About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to join our Corporate Lending Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property valuation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A RICS qualification or equivalent.
  • Direct experience in property valuation reporting for lending purposes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing and analysing property valuation reports to identify key risks and provide recommendations on suitability to lend.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including valuation panel managers and LPA Receivers.
  • Providing support and advice on non-panel valuations and other property-related matters.
