We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Poole. As a dedicated member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our SEN students.

Job Summary:
  • This is a full-time position that involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their learning in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Implement individualized education plans, monitoring progress and providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Support students with special needs to ensure they achieve their full potential, recognizing and addressing any challenges they may face.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Special Education or a related field, supplemented by prior experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, informing your approach to support and guidance.
