Job Description

As an Education Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to join our team and work with students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available at a later date.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification or training in education or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
