Financial Operations Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for remote work. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will assist the financial and accounting team in preparing UK statutory and management reports. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices through SAP
  • Reconciling purchase ledger control accounts
  • Preparing and posting authorized month-end general ledger journals
  • Monthly inventory and consignment stock reconciliations, agreeing to logistics
  • P&L variance analysis
  • Nominal ledger reconciliations
  • Landed costs reconciliations
  • Updating landed cost sheets for incoming stock and processing on SAP
  • Posting of purchase ledger payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparing Intrastat & EU Sales for the Netherlands & Czech Republic
  • Job Share Payroll responsibilities regarding preparation and submission
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Accounting proficiency
  • Knowledge of financial software and tools
  • Relevant certification or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
