We are looking for an experienced SDLC Insights and Governance Lead to join our team on a 12-month contract. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate assurance of SDLC Governance practices, guiding teams in capturing changes due to regulatory and organizational needs.

In this role, you will lead policy control owners and delegates, resolving complex issues, and developing visibility into individual and aggregate risk management in SDLC. You will serve as a conduit between risk and technology, guiding developer experience improvement by defining and capturing metrics to provide insights.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of service delivery management experience
  • A thorough understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), implementation methods, and tools used to improve efficiency and controls across SDLC
  • Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, Agile, and related frameworks and methods
  • The ability to monitor complex programs, analyze risks and controls, and negotiate/influence resources
  • A strong risk analysis skillset and the ability to identify key risks and controls
Nice to Have:
  • Experience building and deploying software, data visualization, writing reports, and technology risk management
  • A basic understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory environment, and internal audit processes

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer.
