About the Role

The Software Delivery Director will serve as a senior leader in our team, providing guidance and direction to teams developing new solutions and improving existing processes. They will be responsible for driving teams through the full software delivery lifecycle, utilizing innovative technologies and agile methodologies.

This role requires strong technical expertise, particularly in SAP or cloud technology, as well as experience in project management, leadership, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and directing project team resources, with skills in mentoring and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project/product roadmaps
  • Track and manage projects, ensuring objectives are met within set timescales and budgets
  • Manage and direct project team resources
  • Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP or cloud technology is beneficial
  • Project Management Experience: Ability to develop project/product roadmaps, track and manage projects
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and direct project team resources
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
