National Account Director

The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, with uncapped bonus potential, company car and excellent company benefits.
Main Responsibilities:- To identify and secure key accounts, drive sales growth, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- To manage a pipeline of prospect opportunities and win Commercial new business with customers whose food spend is between £300,000 to £2m per year.
- To build cross functional relationships with prospect customers on your pipeline so that they see Brakes as their next supply partner and approach you when looking to review suppliers.
- Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets in line with the National Account New Business budget.
- Proven experience in a new business development or national account role, with a successful track record in winning in multiple sectors and tender management.
- Superb customer relationship and rapport-building skills.
- Good commercial acumen and knowledge of the key profit levers.
- Good knowledge of the Brakes business and the Hospitality / Catering marketplace.
- Proficient with all aspects of technology when building presentations and evaluating tenders using PowerPoint and Excel.
