We are seeking a National Accounts Director to lead our efforts in securing and managing national accounts across the on-trade sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG or consumer product sectors, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion within the on-trade sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing new business opportunities with national accounts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunity
  • Leveraging market knowledge and trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth

About You:

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within the FMCG or consumer product sectors
  • Strong understanding of the on-trade industry and key trends shaping the market
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive results
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, as well as a generous bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
