We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our dedicated team, supporting children with diverse needs at Marden Lodge Primary School.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to collaborate with colleagues across the Chalklands Cluster, sharing expertise and experience to ensure all children receive an excellent education.

The successful candidate will support the Class Teacher in delivering an engaging curriculum, working hard to respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. They will be a strong team player, developing positive relationships with young children.

About the Role:

  1. Be dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated
  2. Have experience of working with children with SEN needs
  3. Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
  4. Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
  5. Be a confident and clear communicator
  6. Have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
