About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, delivering high-quality education to students aged 11-16. As a Secondary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in French and Spanish, assessing student progress, and contributing to departmental meetings. Your linguistic expertise, teaching skills, and enthusiasm for languages will enable you to make a lasting impact on our students' academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Linguistic Expertise: Develop and deliver high-quality lessons in French and Spanish, incorporating authentic materials and promoting language acquisition.
  2. Student Progress and Development: Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing constructive feedback to inform instructional decisions.
  3. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of curriculum content, ensuring alignment with national standards and guidelines.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop curriculum content, and contribute to departmental meetings.
  5. Inclusive Learning Environment: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.

Requirements:
  1. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar teaching role, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
  2. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Spanish and French languages, enabling effective communication and instruction.
  3. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction, meeting the needs of diverse learners.
  4. Classroom Management: Excellent classroom management skills, maintaining a well-organized and productive learning environment.
  5. Commitment to Student Development: Commitment to student development and academic excellence, with a focus on individualized support and guidance.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Future Education offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and professional development opportunities.
