Job DescriptionEarly Years Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Graduate to work with children aged 3-5 in a Nursery & Reception setting. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain class-based experience as an EYFS Support Assistant prior to pursuing a career as an EYFS Teacher, with a PGCE or EYITT qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children aged 3-5.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide individualized support to children with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a reputable UK University.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for working with young children and their families.
