Crew Operations Specialist

SG Aviation Services is seeking a skilled Crew Planner / Resource Optimiser to join their team in Luton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of the crew training plan, producing efficient, compliant, and robust crew rosters, and managing crew leave schemes across the entire airline network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising Microsoft Office/Excel to create and manage crew rosters
- Developing and maintaining effective people management skills
- Communicating and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Staying up-to-date with aviation industry developments and best practices
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Operational experience of working on crew training requirements
- Good working knowledge of aviation computer system applications
