Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties from listing to sale, maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Actively promote the use of our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets.
  • Utilize your initiative to resolve problems preventing sales leads from progressing.
  • Support the valuers as needed and identify sale opportunities.
Requirements
