Administrative Coordinator

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office filing systems and databases.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, annual leave, pension scheme, health benefits, opportunities for career growth and development, and a friendly and supportive office environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
